Ricky was named General Manager prior to the 2022-23 season after serving as Head Coach of the team from 2017 to 2022. He is the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for Concord. Ricky obtained his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School in 2017 and graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2012 with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
